 Ruth Lawler Ruth began her real estate sales career in 1983 after a decade in the field of architectural design drafting. Through Ruth’s passion for education and self-improvement, she has studied under some of the real estate industry’s top coaching and career development organizations. This has benefited her clients while achieving over 1,500 transactions as well as Ruth being a mentor to a multitude of local agents. Ruth has chaired several impressive positions through the Manatee Association of REALTORS, such as By Laws, Professional Standards and Ethics Committees as well as serving as Secretary for the Board of Directors.  Ruth is committed to giving back to her community as well, which is demonstrated through years of involvement including, Manatee County United Way Board of Directors, Manatee County Children’s Services Advisory Board Member, Leadership Manatee Graduate, Manatee County Citizen’s Academy Graduate, Kiwanis Club of Bradenton Member and 15+ years as Board Member at Children’s Academy of Southwest Florida, Inc.

Ruth and her husband, John, previously lived aboard their sailboat, Ruth has camped and hiked on the Appalachian Trail and has completed three marathons. She loves reading, kayaking and gardening.

Maryann Lawler After graduating from Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School in 2000, Maryann attended Manatee Community College & the University of South Florida while working part time at The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and for her mother, a long-time local REALTOR. Believing strongly in giving back to the community, Maryann has been a member of the Junior League of Manatee County, Kiwanis International, and the Manatee County Historical Commission. She is also the current Chairwoman on the Board of Director’s of The Children’s Academy of Southwest Florida, Inc. Maryann is always willing to lend a hand where needed to make a difference in someone’s life.


Maryann is a full time agent and a member of The Lawler Group, which consists of three licensed agents with nearly four decades of combined experience.    Maryann has personally helped to facilitate several hundred real estate transactions during her career and enjoys every aspect of the business.The Lawler’s have demonstrated their passion for architecture and history by successfully selling scores of historic and vintage homes in the Manatee County area.

DIANE STEPHAN


Diane began her real estate career in 1976 as a property manager in the Chicago area.  She then managed the relocation department for Prudential Locations, Inc. in Hawaii before moving to Sarasota in 1995 and joining Prudential Florida Realty (later Arvida Realty Services).  In 2002, Coldwell Banker acquired Arvida, and Stephan became Assistant Manager of two St. Armands Circle branch offices of Coldwell Banker.  She joined Wagner Realty in 2004 as the Parrish office Branch Manager and came to Keller Williams Realty as a Broker-Associate in October, 2009.  Stephan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.  She is Vice-Chair of the Professional Development Committee of the Manatee Association of Realtors.
